7Sins Episode VII Fanservice Review

Another week, another year, will the ecchi in 7Sins disappear? Let’s find out…

The march towards ecchi death continues through the Valley of the Episode 7 Content.

How much must we endure before seeing Vainglory bare all again? Will HC and Pride finally fuck like the fans want? Am I going to be able to withstand loli content? Well, none of us will have to endure anything if 7Sins doesn’t bring it. Last week was at least a better path then episode 4 and 5 were leading us down…     does the path continue upwards?

Guess we’ll see…..

We start things with nude food, which personally I find disgusting. I don’t care how clean a bitch is, fish on fish is never a good thing…

We are introduced to Strawberry Whore-cake and her slutty band of friends.

One of these things is not like the other.

The bitch crew arrives

“Fu-fu-fuu, what’s this little girl? You want to play with me?”

“Indeed I do Ma’am, but the studio isn’t going to give us an ecchi scene together because they don’t fuckin understand what to do….   pardon my demon French.”

“Wow! That really fucking sucks! For both loli fans AND Oppai fans, literally EVERYONE LOSES!”

Pride chooses to fight Gluttony on her own terms in an eating contest… not exactly bright.

They use this for some slight service, once again, food related ecchi really hits no nerve for me….

Especially when they pull a Haganai and have Pride lose all dat wing goodness, in what appears to be a visual novel bathroom.

Apparently Demon Lords can still get food poisoning so we move into filler for a bit…

I’ll say it again, this show IS capable of having good ecchi and even being legitimately funny at times. The pussy or prostate bullshit Pride went through was genuinely amusing in an Austin Powers comedy sense.

The above image is objectively great ecchi, but 7Sins is so clunky and doesn’t know how to set up scenes the same way a brilliant show like Seikon did it. They don’t have the time to really flesh out any sin, and even Pride and Maria are bare bones characters at their core. I like them fleshing out Maria and Pride’s growing relationship, but where can that go in 5 more episodes really? Especially with the show being this confused about what it is. I also liked that one moment in episode 5 where Pride became tearful when reminiscing about her time in Heaven, which is also a cool detail, but they haven’t explored depth for any character really….

The people behind this can draw good ecchi, but with no soul behind it, shallow characters, an even shallower plot, and a 12 episode cap, the show just gives off this atmosphere of un-fulfillment. Like being on a kids roller coaster, you know the ride is just gonna be a routine disappointment….  oh well, Sally Go! as Iowa would say.

Like the very next scene is an example… the set up is GREAT, BUT it’s rushed to the point where it means almost nothing. The art is great, once again, they can Draw it, BUT the animation is Nowhere Close to Hoods Trifecta BD quality movement. As such, you can’t help but get taken out of it when you have BETTER shit to reference.

I have to applaud the effort, I do, because at least they TRIED to do something, and that is always most important, but when I say Hoods knew how to do lead up I mean this….

Take the Mafuyu breast expansion scene as a Massively satisfying example of a long-term pay off. The scene, episode, and series has led to that moment in numerous ways, outlining payoff I think will help you understand why I don’t think 7Sins is working… besides the fact that people only get MORE desensitized to content throughout life, you don’t get RE-sensitized.

Scene – Mafuyu trapped in stone before some end game magic shit.

Episode – Mafuyu gets used in a ritual to take breast milk from women all over the world and concentrate it into her tits and to unleash her true-power. Following her breasts engorging several cup-sizes and ripping all of her clothes off somehow, everyone’s favorite sadistic loli comes up on her hungry for a lactose-related power up. She gets it, in legendary fashion with great dialogue leading up, teasing etc.

Series – The entire series Mafuyu has been played as a slightly deeper tsundere character wielding a bamboo stick who is quick to anger and hates perversion. The entire series she is mocked by Sasha for having small tits.

After all this the beginning moment of the final arc starts with Mafuyu getting a magic-infused boost to her tits, followed by a savage projectile milking at the hands of a sadistic loli, it all COMES TOGETHER!  in more ways than one.

7Sins lacks this quality in most scenes.

I’ll never be ungrateful for tits, but the lack of pacing, subtlety and tease with this scene just turns it into a highlight reel. Any ecchi clip in it adds up to only like 15 seconds.

Again, the art on display is quality, but the jumpy animation makes it harder to enjoy.

The ecchi in this show is like a dying car, it comes and goes in pits and stutters. Gas sometimes blows out of the tailpipe as the car backfires. It’s a slow burn to the end…. it’s very hard to explain my feelings, but I can’t imagine you’ll care about any of these quick 20 second bursts of ecchi between filler.

The following 7 minutes till the end credits was filled with no ecchi. Well, there was one pic of Vainglory clothed, whoop-dee-doo…

Oh, and Loli fans? I’m not slighting you this episode, I may dislike Loli, but there was literally no perverted use of Gluttony this entire episode. Well, except for maybe the end card which I will post below.

And for my Oppai brothers you get Vainglory from last week’s YouTube Special which is in last week’s review.

Once again, they can do it, we just have to wade through utter nonsense to what amounts to screenshots and 2 or 3 scenes out of 4 episodes worth remembering.

The episode ends with Vainglory in nurse disguise capturing Maria, Maria’s heart having been retrieved from Pride earlier in the episode. This sets up some hype for next week, sortov, not expecting much anymore.

The hype-train started going a little too fast into a turn after episode 3, the hype-train started to derail during episode 4, and as of this episode it has completely crashed into a kindergarten playground…….

This is total Manyuu syndrome, but unlike Manyuu it started for 7Sins in episode 4, and unlike Manyuu I don’t any have faith in the studio or director’s ability to deliver with the Blu-Ray specials.

I am “eager” to see what happens with Maria and Pride, I am also “looking forward to” any endgame perversion we may get….  but let’s face it, phrases like “eager” and “looking forward to” are not “HYPE”.

I am now back to “interested” in 7Sins. Maybe it will win me back, probably it won’t lol… I’ve already erected a blood-shrine in Seikon’s name hoping for the birth of a new Hoods ecchi project, Nothing else is effecting me….

I thought we’d see the 7Sins partying in their base occasionally, I mean we’ve seen Vainglory in very very brief scenes, but each Sin has respectively gotten mere dozens of words to say in the entirety of the series so far. It’s like once their episode is over it’s immediately onto the next one, the pacing is all over.

Lets go over the brass tacks here.

Pride – MC

Envy – Pride’s she-bitch

Human Girl – HC, Heart now belongs to Vainglory

Lust – Out-mind-fucked by Pride

Greed – Thrown out a mother fucking window

Rocker bitch – Don’t remember her shit, she lost though…

Sloth – Lost

Gluttony – Got food poisoning too apparently so Pride wins I guess

Wrath – Off writing Leonidas fanfiction

Vainglory – Captured Maria and her heart, owns a heavy pair of tits

That covers everyone, so we have 2 more Sins to fight, 1 virgin to rescue, and 5 more episodes of completely unknown content…

Onward to next week… make your predictions now kids, betting ends in 165 hours.

YouTube special will be posted when released by Hobby Japan.
