For the second time this season, we have an ecchi anime pulling the whole ‘erotic poison sucking’ routine.
(The other such incident came from Madan no Ou to Vanadis a few weeks ago.)

This has been a good fanservice series, but I am starting to get “ImoCho” vibes from this series again. We haven’t seen any blatant censorship in some time now. The tactics this anime has used to infer nudity… it’s exactly the same playbook Project No.9 loves to use.
Sunrise has generally avoided such nonsense in the past, but things aren’t the same as they used to be and the rules for ecchi anime these days seemed to have changed.
Though thoroughly cliched, this episode was decent fun. Kinda sad to see Ange ditch her new boy toy so suddenly though. Which makes me sad, this new guy had Rito’s penchant for having happy accidents every 15 seconds.
