Ecchi blu-ray release dates for June 2015

So much to look forward to this month on BD.  Isuca, Testament, Testament OVA, and even Triage X!

June 22nd

 

Shinmai Maou no Testament OVA

 

The Testament OVA is almost here.  Any additional episodes of this wonderful ecchi series are something to celebrate, but this one is a bit extra special, as it will deliver Chisato service at long last.

If I remember correctly, this OVA will cover the side story from the 1st chapter of the light novel’s fourth volume.  In it, Chisato appears to Basara wearing her (shall we say ‘unique’) swimsuit, which features a zipper in the chest area.

Of course, the zipper is stuck and simply won’t budge no matter how hard she or Basara tries to unzip it.  When force isn’t enough, lubricant is applied to help loosen things up, but it’s still a challenge.  Anyway, you can probably see where this is going already, but in case you need a visual aid:

 

This scene is a great read if you have some time.  The novels are a real page turner.

 

June 24th

 

Sidonia no Kishi: Daikyuu Wakusei Seneki vol.03

 

 

Yes you read that right, this is volume three of a series that is only two months into its TV anime airing.

This volume covers episodes five and six.  Episode five has not one but two scenes with some potential for mild nudity, as you can see above.

Kudos to POLYGON PICTURES for having the gumption to release the blu-rays of this series so early, getting a two month head start on Triage X and a three month head start on DxD BorN.

There’s no reason we shouldn’t be able to enjoy BD releases while the episodes are still airing, and there’s no reason we should have to wait six months after the series finale for the final blu-ray to hit store shelves.

I actually missed the first two volumes because I was not expecting them so early (and most English language sites haven’t even listed the release dates because they’ve been thrown off too).

I hope they have enough success that they inspire other companies to do early releases as well.

Episode seven had plenty of service for Tamako and Suseri.  Episode eight was almost totally fanservice free, oddly enough.

We’ve already seen Kurumi’s nipples thanks to a Japanese website that leaked a few uncensored shots late in the series (as mentioned in the comments from time to time), as well as the season two promo which was careless and showed a bit of Kurumi’s areola.  But technically, episode seven is where she will make her official nudity debut.  Mio will get a small amount of action as well.

Episode eight is a bit more complicated, as the episode itself had no nudity other than a flashback to the honey soaked tittyplay from episode six.  It did however, hint at one of the more intense chapters from the novels, where Basara fondles the crap out of Mio (and Yuki?) while they are in their one piece swimsuits.

Given that the service in volume four is lower than the previous volumes, I wouldn’t be shocked if Production IMS went above and beyond here with the additions they make to the swimsuit scene.

In addition to the added and uncensored content, the extras will include a ‘visual booklet’ for Chisato.  A message (translated from Japanese) hints at this booklet showing us something they could not show us in the broadcast:

Triage X vol.01

 

Uncensored Triage X is almost here, and as you can see, Xebec has a lot to show us in this first offering.

Volume One has a total of four nude scenes, possibly five if the Konomi grope scene actually justifies the censorship.

As far as I know, there won’t be any mini-OVA, but there is a small chance that they might add or extend some scenes on BD, the way that Testament and Waramete have done.  Even if all they do is remove the censorship, this volume still figures to be an epic experience.

 

 

Misc note:  Samurai Girls 2nd OVA, titled “Samurai Wedding”, is set to release on July 1st.
