For a month that has some good titles I guess it is fitting that a Queen Bee title gets released to counter it. Makes sense since it is Easter since a title from them getting released is like finding one of the eggs in an Easter basket has gone rotten and in this case rotten from bad animation.
The story for the chapter used is that main girl likes a guy in her class and decides to sniff his clothes in the locker room and masturbate only for the teacher to catch her and do the usual cliche blackmail thing. So you can guess how things play out. One interesting detail though is that the girl does acknowledge that recording and blackmailing her is worse than what she was caught doing and could report him instead. However she still submits because he says he will upload the video to the school’s secret website and since she is afraid of the boy she likes hearing about it and avoiding her she gives in.

Second episode which seems to be focused on the angel from the screenshots but how much will actually be porn who knows. The lack of any considerable amount of screenshots and the fact that the pv on getchu provides less than a minute of actual content probably doesn’t bode well. The previous episode had only one scene at the beginning so I’m guessing not much is expected here due to the fact that they don’t give us screenshots of anything considerable.

This is the first work by a new company called Showten. The VN this is based on is essentially a porn version of Highschool of the Dead but with tentacles added into the mix. The tentacle focus will probably drive some people away but what makes this somewhat special besides being done by a new company is that the budget for this seems to be better than what other titles usually have. I didn’t list a studio because that information wasn’t available and since this is Showten’s first release it is hard to tell if they do their own animation like some companies such as Poro or Collaboration Works do or if they hire an outside studio like others and they just release it. However the art does seem different from what is seen in other titles so it doesn’t look like any other studio’s regular style so it would not be surprising if Showten does the animation as well thus explaining why this doesn’t look like other studio’s works. The nipples in particular seem much different from the ones other studios make.
For those also wondering the VN does contain some reverse rape, some consensual, and even what seems to be forced sex (I don’t know what else to call it but when two characters are forced into it and in this case tentacles make them do it). None of this looks like it will happen in episode 1 so I’m guessing it won’t be till episode 2 if they make one. I really hope this company sticks around and this isn’t just a one time thing since even though some people would pass on this because of the content the production values are pretty decent for a hentai title and future titles with the same thing would be a nice thing to have.

The different amount of girls makes this a contender for the best release but it is beaten out by another title this month that would be impossible to beat.
Boku to Misaki sensei
So here it is the title that makes this month worth it and easily the best title of the month and probably the whole year. Unlike the previous Toranoana exclusive release that had Kaneko at the helm this time it is Aiko Takami doing the directing and character design. Takami did the directing for TriageX as well as being the chief animation director but most people know him for his character designs that he did for Kanokon, LadiesVSButlers, and Makenki season 2. So the fact that this title is the first hentai venue for a person that is a major player in the anime industry makes this special for that reason alone. The title is also original so there is no way to spoil it beforehand either.
Some people don’t like Takami’s style due to the whole no nose thing but I look at it this way. If a woman doesn’t have a nose she can’t complain about your farts. A woman who doesn’t hate your farts is waifu material. Ergo Takami characters are waifu material. Even if you aren’t a fan of large breasts if you were a fan of any of the shows he did designs on you would want to watch this just for that reason alone. It’s not often we get a mainstream person in the non porn industry working on porn so the rarity of it makes this something to see even if only for the novelty of it if you are not into this body type. True story. The milking mini game in 1 2 Switch was inspired by someone at Nintendo seeing how many episodes of Onichichi there are and thought “let’s make a game about milking things dry”. Anyway it’s another episode and it looks like there is futa in it this time. Having technically a futa title because of that is nice and all but since it’s a series most people are probably tired of seeing episodes of I’m guessing people probably just won’t care. So I guess this is good if you are one of the people not sick of seeing so many episodes of the same characters yet and like futa.

Pinkpineapple seems to have released this digitally on the 3rd but the actual physical release is not till the 28th. Can’t find too much on the story but from the descriptions for the VN and on getchu it just seems to be a typical NTR blackmail story. There are 2 titles this month that to me make this month possibly the best month this year and that is Boku to Misaki sensei and xx of the dead. Both of these titles offer something we don’t see that often if ever. In the case of Boku to Misaki sensei we get a anime industry vet doing porn and that kind of gives it bonus points for that reason. Whenever someone or a company that doesn’t do porn suddenly does that fact just sort of makes it better. For example if a regular anime studio were to suddenly one day do a hentai title something they had never did before you can be sure people would be praising it because of that fact since there is just something about them never doing that before which makes it better.
In the case of xx of the dead my main reason for having interest in that is the new studio since a new studio is always interesting but the fact that their first work does have some quality to it. Regardless of one’s opinion on the content the fact that a new studio that puts a decent effort into their work has now come onto the hentai scene is something to be happy about. There are other titles this month that could be good as well such as Meikoku Gakuen for it’s number of girls and Anata wa Watashi for the femdom but it’s the first two titles that really seem to stand out from the rest.
Thank fuck it doesn’t look like the girl in misaki sensei takes her glasses off during her scenes or you would have seen me rant. I know it will happen one day though. One day you will see my rant on my second most hated thing in porn and that is removing glasses. I just know a title will do it as some in the past did and I dread that day.
