So it looks like we’ll be getting an OVA instead of a full anime. Hey, at least it looks pretty nice.
No release date has been given yet, although the OP song used in the OVA will hit stores on the 27th, which probably means the OVA isn’t too far behind. Future details will be posted at ikkitousen.com.
From what I’ve read at various sites, it sounds like this OVA will introduce several new characters and will in many ways be an exposition episode. It’d be kind of weird to end the series on an exposition episode wouldn’t it? Hopefully this serves as a pilot episode of sorts for a future TV anime or at least a series of OVAs.
