Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon won the previous poll, sort of.
When I checked the poll it had a solid lead, so I started working on it. I checked again four days later, and somehow Dance in the Vampire Bund picked up 100 votes and stole first place after the fact. A bit late, but I’ll count it. It probably deserves a video more than Horizon does anyway.

They Are My Noble Masters
This was A.C.G.T.’s first nude ecchi effort. It’s nowhere near as loaded as FREEZING , but pretty good by the standards of 2007.
Renkin San-kyuu Magical Pokaan
A forgotten ecchi classic, also from 2007. This anime is everything you’d hope Momo Kyun Sword would be.
Koharu Biyori
Not gonna be a long video, but the animation and art are surprisingly great and the service is plenty sexy.
Kakyuusei
Based on one of the first visual novels ever. It generated a 90’s TV and OVA series, followed by a 2004 sequel that was the very first non-hentai production by studio ARMS. All of which contained nudity.
Ranma 1/2
This series spans 130+ episodes and several movies and OVAs. If it wins, it might be the better part of two months before you see another poll again.
The reason I nominate this option despite its imposing size is that this series is now finally available in 1080p, or at least, the main TV episodes are.
For a good long while, Ranma 1/2 was my all time favorite anime, least of all because of the boobs. But yeah, there was nudity in this anime and plenty of it, at least during the early seasons.
