The final TV airing episode feels like a clip show of episodes that never aired, and has a strange ‘cliffhanger’ ending. The service was as gifable as ever, though it probably lacks for nudity potential.

There’s still a BD exclusive episode that will become available in November, it seems likely to tie into an ending where the heroines react with shock to an unseen figure at the end of this episode.
It’s a shame the episodes were so short, as it basically flushed away any chance for gratuitous nude scenes. But I get why they went with this format, as introducing an actual plot or too much fanservice would detract from the real goal of this anime, which was to spoof the Dragon Quest game franchise in fun-size doses.
As mentioned in the comments last week, the bonus episode looks likely to deliver nipples. Hopefully that means some of the TV airing episodes will add them where possible too.
Overall I enjoyed this series. It was lightweight and fun. The art quality improved as the series went along. I’ll admit that I expected this series to be a little more ecchi than it ended up being, but it was still a decent type B anime all the same.
