The Charmian Queen and mother of Lala/Momo/Nana takes half a day to stop by Earth and check on her daughters. Given that she is an attractive female, you can probably guess what happens.
The Queen, named Sephie Michaela Deviluke, was hinted at during the final panels of the previous chapter. Here she arrives for the first time in the series.
Queen Sephie belongs to a rare and especially attractive race of people known as ‘Charmians’, and as one of this race she is capable of driving men wild with lust with her intense beauty. For this reason, Queen Sephie must wear a veil at all times, because if any man were to see her face unobstructed, they’d mentally revert into lustful ‘beasts’ on the spot.
Rito and Mikan encounter Queen Sephie by pure chance while walking down the street after running errands. Her mere aura breaks up a fight between two street punks, and when Principal sees her…
Obviously, Sephie is on a different level. I guess the only question is, how long until Rito sees her face? How long until he sees her boobs?
If you guessed ‘not long’, you guessed right. But first, the girls (the Deviluke sisters and Mikan) all go to the hot springs!
First off, yay Mikan boobs! Mikan is slowly but surely catching up to the rest of the girls in the nudity department.
One thing about To Love-Ru is that for whatever reason, these large group bathing scenes have actually been relatively uncommon. Maybe two girls bathing together sure, but three or four, it doesn’t happen often. And based on this, it really ought to happen more.
Anyway, Celine wanders away from home around her bed time, teleporting to the bathing vicinity. Rito chases after her, only to bump into Sephie as she’s preparing to join her daughters in the bath. Sephie at this point is only wearing a towel and her veil.
Of course, the readers get a good look at Sephie’s bazoombas before she gets that pesky towel on. Like seemingly all adult women in this series, Sephie is extremely well endowed. We didn’t even have to wait a full chapter to see her tits, just one of the many things that make this manga so great.
And so of course Rito- in his frantic search for Celine- stumbles across Sephie figuratively before the rocky cliff at his feet gives way and causes him to stumble across her literally.
Sephie has a nice ‘diamond‘ btw. Big boobs weren’t the only sexy genes she passed on to Momo and Lala.
Anyway, the real problem here isn’t just that Rito has seen Sephie naked, it’s that he’s seen her without her veil, which was knocked off during the fracas. Rito’s (allegedly) pure heart is now under assault by Sephie’s innate seductive qualities. He stands there in stunned and horrified silence for quite some time.
It seems even Rito is not an exception to her powers, as he stares at her face for several panels. Meanwhile, readers are staring lasers at Sephie’s fat nipples.
Good lord.
I need a moment.
Sensing some fap-mentum, Hasemi and Yabuki transition immediately back to Mikan, Momo, Nana, and loli-Lala getting their onsen on.
And then immediately back to Sephie…
Of course, Nana’s ‘nature friends’ have been lured into the area by this time.
Rito ends up snapping out of it in time to play his white knight routine, but not before something awesome happens:

Hnngggh!
It’s after point that Hasemi and Yabuki mercifully give us a chance to get some blood flowing into the other parts of our bodies, as Sephie collects her wits and tells her tale of how she met the king and fell in love with him, and how many of those same heroic virtues reside within Rito.
She also comments on how it’s now obvious to her why all three of her daughters are attracted to him. Sephie even half-jokingly says that she should ‘give’ all three of them to him. Momo had worried that her mother would oppose the harem plan, but based on this, it may just be the other way around.
We aren’t quite done with the spank material though. After all, with this much nudity and fanservice, it’s only appropriate that the fireworks show have a grand finale.
Rito is awesome at playing Twister.
Anyway, this mini-arc ends with Sephie returning to outer space as quickly as she arrived. As she heads off, she leaves Momo with a heartfelt parting message:
