This is actually a light novel adaption which brought in Yabuki as a hired gun to handle the art. The story is nothing remarkable, but I think it’s pretty clear that even after To Love-Ru eventually ends, Yabuki has a long career ahead of him. Even a throwaway ecchi series like this looks incredible when placed in Yabuki’s hands.
Mayoi Neko Overrun also had an anime around this same time. It had a couple of brief nipple sightings in the DVD specials, but was otherwise a disappointment.
