Episode 8 introduces Takigawa Noa, a troublesome witch compared to the rest. Her goal was to steal the other witches abilities. Ultimately that plan doesn’t fit to well with Yamada.

Episode 9: The hunt for the last witch is on. This witch hunt will determine the next student council president.

This would make a nice “considering the following” picture.
