This anime was a bit trippy, or perhaps like a dream. And towards the end, it became the kind of dream that leaves a mess behind.

Thoughts on the anime
After a couple episodes I kind of got the sense that coherent storytelling wasn’t going to be a major strength, so from then on I was pretty much in full fanservice scan mode, with almost nothing to show for it until the final episode.
Similar to Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai, this anime has pretty good art, lacks big names among the female portion of the cast but oddly brings in some pretty good firepower on the male side, makes hardly any sense and is quickly forgotten. It also gave us some R-rated bare boobs to look at for some reason.
I wouldn’t recommend this anime, though the art and character design were both highly impressive to me. The barrage of boobs at the end (and during episode nine’s credit reel) helped make it all feel worthwhile though.
Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi is based off a light novel. As far as I am aware (could be wrong), the novel and manga spin-off are nipple free. If so, hats off to ZEXCS for going the extra mile. ZEXCS isn’t exactly well known for nude fanservice: Chu-Bra!! and H20 basically each had 1 nipple sighting apiece. Macademi Wasshoi is basically their only other nude fanservice series besides this one.

Thoughts on the fanservice video
Pretty straightforward edit. Got some much needed pauses and zooms during the nude scenes. Pretty average video I thought, though it’s not every day you get nudity in an anime with this level of artistic vividness.

Favorite Character
Haruka. That body swap episode was good fun. Her (whoever was controlling her body) “boing! boing!” line while running up those stairs was classic.
