They actually attempted to tell a story in this episode, one of tragic love. Of course, it all ends horribly, with the narrator telling Kyoko her chest isn’t meant for harboring affections, instead only existing to be fondled. That’s nice.

By any objective standard, this anime is all kinds of terrible. Lecherous to the point of self-embarrassment*, incoherent / nonsensical, and overly fast paced. Even by fanservice standards it could be slightly better (all the nude scenes so far have been brief).

Kenzen Robo Daimidaler is establishing itself as the most over the top ecchi series of the last few years. This second episode, with its intense focus on nipples, pleasure, and power ups, was very reminiscent of Seikon no Qwaser, but taken from the perspective of a shock-comedy rather than a serious drama.

Wow, talk about low-budget. And has their ever been uglier mecha design? I hate to say it but this series, even if it turns out to be decently good, will probably be a sales bomb. Usually, design and art will either carry a series or bury it.
