Chocolate Hills Forever
Episode 2
A week has passed since the last episode and Hinata wakes up to another normal day, but is now accompanied by his beloved darku elfu waifu. After breakfast, he leaves for school, but Bell isn’t ready to leave the house just yet because of some sort of dark elf-related magic fantasy explanation for…social anxiety?
While Bell sits at home reading books, she spies on Hinata by using a magic talisman posted on the back of his head.
He’s now at the library, checking out dat fine ass and also more books to bring home. This makes her upset because they’re out of Berenstain Bears, also of the suspicion she’s being cheated on.
Later that night, Bell is explicitly jealous because she saw everything, and decides that she should go to school with him from now on. He’s terrified of her a bit, but at least now she has a reason to leave the house.
Here’s Sakura naked. Enjoy it, because that’s all you’ll see of her this article.
Everybody loves the new brown girl, because she’s hot, and they think she’s cosplaying as an elf…like all the time.
It’s lunch time. Notice the other students in here, because that’s important. Anyway, they’re having a fun time until…
Uh oh…
She and the 3rd corner of this love triangle finally meet, and she gives her a full body inspection. Bell refuses to be just another harem character and attempts to destroy the competition, but…
Remember the students from earlier? Because it looks like they forgot. Oh well.
Bell uses her magic to look through a fence. Also she feels bad for what she did. She was so afraid to lose her husbando that she acted out. But Sakura chases after her to confront her again.
Sakura didn’t come to fight or get felt up again, but got excited about how Bell is CLEARLY from isekai with her magic and pointy ears, and starts to geek out about it.
Sakura says she wants to be friends, which triggers an old memory from Bell. Apparently dark elves are looked down upon in her homeworld.
The offer of friendship makes Bell forgive and forget what just happened, and is just happy to be accepted by someone else for once. The end.
Episode 3A
It’s time for some volleyboobs volleybutts Tennis but only with their hands, but Bell is no good at it. She didn’t sign up for this, she just wanted to be with Hinata more. Likewise, he’s just happy to see her trying and adjusting to life out of the house.
Sakura’s so jealous. She ought to be, because it’s brown girl’s turn at the spotlight.
Bell uses magic to play better. That’s cheating, but that’s ok because this isn’t another volleyball anime and her career is over anyway, so she’s taken to the nurse’s office for that devastating, crippling injury.
They finally get some much-wanted alone time. Hinata tends to her injury the only way he can, but it’s not enough. She suggests oral treatment instead.
Look at the protagonist making his move. He’s making ALL the moves. We have a winner.
And the 3rd wheel ruins a great moment. Off she goes. Thanks for nothing.
Episode 3B
Bell and Hinata go clothes-shopping. To her dismay, Sakura is also there, but only because she naturally knows women’s fashion.
Keeping your clothes on? That ain’t “best girl” material.
They’re done shopping and the two girls are left alone. Sakura asks about their relationship, and Bell reveals that she was once attacked by humans until Hinata came to her rescue.
From that point on, Bell has decided that they’re soulmates, while Sakura still thinks she has a chance for some reason. Yeah…sure…
After Sakura finally goes home, Bell and Hinata are finally alone again. He thanks her for putting up with all the alone time they’ve been missing out on just to have her adjusted to his world. Here, they get to share another romantic moment again.
Lot of interruptions this episode. Ugh. The girls from Episode 1 have shown up and attempt to bring Bell back. Looks like it’s a harem again, but I don’t want it. Maybe I want the priest, but only for nudity, not for MC romance. Hinata x Bell 5ever.
New scene for the ED. Previously, it was just a shot of Bell and her two Hinata plushes.
And that’s it for this week. 3 Episodes in and it already reminds me of an old anime called Ai Yori Aoshi. It’s also a “we love each other already” romance, but still features a harem. Spoiler: It never works out for the other girls because the main couple is already locked in. Luckily, none of them are really competing. It has no site-worthy content outside the manga, but still a favorite of mine in a huge sea of romance anime that never takes it easy on conflict. Anyway, til next time.
