Now, Bell is best brown waifu, but it turns out she’s no actual wife. She doesn’t belong in the kitchen, nor does even do any expected stereotypical homemaker stuff. With Sakura’s help, she’s able to get the items they need, especially thanks to the shopkeepers offering free extras and delivery in a pleasant display of small town Japan hospitality.

Sakura finally gets her intimacy with him. It’s still a dream, unfortunately for her, but she’s still able to give him a towel bath which helps Hinata get better.
Hinata has the strength to bathe, then Sakura gets an eyeful. Hinata doesn’t react that hard to her, though. He’s probably too sick, but he still calmly enough walks out with just a towel.
It’s girls time again. Bell asks Sakura if she has a crush on anyone. Sakura vaguely mentions her hidden feelings for Hinata, but is advised that she tell that person right away at the risk of her wondering what could’ve been.
Cecil and Mei come back home and finally meet Sakura. Sakura recognizes Mei instantly, since we know she watches her livestreams, and gushes over her.
Hinata watches them mingle and realizes that he’s not home alone anymore. Also he has a harem now.
