Dimension W brings out the fanservice. I have to say Dim W is by far my favorite show this season. Perhaps it’s because it feels like a throw-back to the older sci-fi shows like Cowboy Bebop and others. I decided to read the manga at the same pace as the anime to avoid spoilers and noticed the anime ignores about half of 2nd vol. but this hasn’t negatively effected the pacing of the story, imo. Well, anyway, episode 3 had little in the way of fanservice but in episode 4 the first bath scene appears and we’re treated to some good service.

Episode 3:
Huh? There’s nanomachines in tap water? 
She didn’t seem embarrassed for some reason.
Cute kid. 
More robot boobs.
“Two there are, a badass and a loli, no more, no less. …Tho, welcomed more are.” 
Episode 4:
A vampire-loli?
She takes a liking to Mira real fast.
“Hey, you! Don’t touch my robot waifu.” is what Kyoma is really thinking.
Old ‘friend’ appears.
“Don’t even look at my waifu.”
“I said, ‘don’t even LOOK AT MY WAIFU’!”
Finally some fanservice.
No, it’s not morning sickness.
We could get nipples here on Blu-ray.
Great figure.I imagine we’re all thinking the same about this. I am right?
Great figure, great ass, great boobs. What more can I said.
Ah, that’s right, she has nice legs too.

Reading through the manga helped explain this scene better. 
So, yeah, she can pee…., her ‘father’ and ‘mother’ were very detailed in their work, huh.

And spotted this in chapter 20. Looks like Mira actually has nipples in the manga. 
Now it’s up in the air whether there’ll be nipples added in BD; it seems unlikely but it would be a sweet surprise.
