This episode focuses on Michiru, though unfortunately it’s a bit lacking in service.

Yep, that’s pretty much it. At least the episode itself added some wrinkles to the story and had a poignant moment in the final minutes (albeit a sudden and contrived one).
Each successive episode has toned down the service more and more. Hopefully we’ll get a dedicated fanservice episode at some point, as this series is clearly more interested in the story than service right now. Not that I’m complaining, this has been a quality anime so far.
Madan no Ou to Vanadis also had a ho-hum fourth episode for service, with only a small bit of cleavage… and a poison sucking scene that I’m guessing was way more ecchi in the original.
