No noteworthy changes to speak of in the actual TV episodes. The mini-OVA extra features some faux-fellatio and brief nudity from Milliela.
The only noteworthy change from the TV episodes was a slight bump down on an eroge screen:
I’m not totally sure which eroge this is, but I think it’s taken from Makai Tenshi Jibril . Here is what the original game screen looks like uncensored (credit to EcchiFanGuy for pointing this out).

The BD extra had far less nudity than the previous volume did, but all things considered it was still pretty hot.

As to why Milliela snuck into Yuji’s bed to eat a chocolate bar under his sheets, I guess that mystery will forever go unsolved.
