Inuhiro Episode 9-10 Fanservice Review

Nekotani best girl.

Welcome back to the fortnightly Inuhiro review, this time we got episode 9-10. As I said last week these episodes are quite tame in comparison with the rest of the series but the anime has added some great Nekotani scenes and a whole locker room scene which is not in the manga. The pool scene in this episode was animated perfectly and might be one of the nicest ecchi scenes I’ve ever seen if I’m being honest. The general gist is just the school festival and dog maid cafe that the class is putting on, but a strange thing to note is that there is not a single guy shown in the class at all. This episode truly does make a great case for Nekotani as best girl and is my personal favourite out of the trio. I’ll give my opinion of the pool scene when it comes up later down the review but overall, I’m really happy with these two episodes and while they weren’t as crazy as the first 6, they still provided a satisfying amount of ecchi for more chill episodes. If you want to follow along with the manga, the chapters covered are 13, 14 and the very start of 15. With that being said, let’s get into the episode.

Episode 9:

Inukai is making decorations for the school festival event but is alone until Nekotani shows up.

Nekotani dies. This part was added as well and is not in the manga.

What a shot!

Extremely chill episode except for following Nekotani around without her skirt on. Next episode is where it gets good.

Episode 10:

Biting her ear to direct her towards the pool.

Nice that they took the time to draw the reflection in the water as well.

Really nice illustration.

Here they added her nipples exposed when compared to the manga panel as seen below.

I’m not gonna lie I do think the manga is hotter with the see-through but the actual quality of animation of the anime makes up for it 100%.

I gotta tell you something. It was perfect. Perfect. Everything. Down to the last minute details.

This entire scene was added and was really well done, I enjoyed the interactions and panty shots from Nekotani a lot.

Overall, these two episodes were way better than I was expecting because based on the manga the only part that was not a panty shot was the pool scene with Nekotani. This pool scene was done so well in the anime and added full blown nipples to a part that was quite subtle in the manga. They also added an entire locker room scene which was done well and made Nekotani even cuter. The animation this episode was superb and Nekotani’s voice actor was as always excellent, if you can’t tell I was really blown away by the episodes. They also added a lot of detail in Tsukishiro’s bunny girl suit which I was not expecting when I was watching. Speaking of Tsukishiro, I feel like she’s the elephant in the room because she doesn’t have much of a character nor much dialogue outside of obsessing over Pochita in a way that is very one dimensional unlike Inukai. She’s great ecchi bait but for a series like Inukai where the characters are actually decently developed compared to other ecchi anime, Tsukishiro definitely feels the weakest in the trio. The next episodes were very strangely paced in the manga in my opinion and the plot was not very clear and it felt like it jumped all over the place a bit, so I’m intrigued to see how they do it in the anime. After this arc, the manga is really good, but I don’t think we will be getting much of that part until season 2. Thanks for reading and I hope you’ll join me for the final instalment in the review next fortnight.

P.S. Sorry for the use of redgif’s this time, but it seems as if Gfycat has died for now, so we’ll have to bear with it.
