I picked this up because I took a look at the manga and it seemed like dumb fun that could be mocked. The silly antics in the manga can probably still be mocked like a Lynn Okamoto manga, but this TV short definitely elevates the source material so far as the illustrations are actually better than what is in the manga, a rare W.
Truth be told I had 0 expectations considering this was a late announcement so I expected the illustrations and animation to be absolute dog shit. Low and behold we get some absolute cinema as this looks good and those nipples are nice, round and large.
And the animators hit us with some delightful boob bounce before the first minute is up.
Makina gets dressed after taking her bath. Her nice firm booty is on display for enjoyment.
At school Eita trips and falls and gets a face full of panties, including Makina’s camel toe. This show is already money in the bank. And despite being an android, Makina is anatomically correct with nipples and vulva.
And the show hits the Opening where we get even more service from our cute android heroine.
She’s bored at school so gives us just the tiniest bit of panchira.
I am assuming that the engineer here is French and that’s why she’s wearing a beret while otherwise wearing a bikini. This is our first shot of full frontal nudity in the show and the animators would have drawn her vulva if not for those pesky Japanese laws.
Eita stops and chats with his landlady. I assume at some point they’re gonna lewd her because of those massive badonkers.
Makina is, of course, an android.
Makina is getting repairs.

I wanted to get the full image on this one because it includes her full body starting from her feet, but right around when it gets to her crotch one of the animators from Mato Seihei no Slave shows up and tosses a flashbang. This makes no sense as they show her barbie doll anatomy a few scenes later.

That’s what I’m talking about. Makina is confident and sexy, knows it, and isn’t ashamed of her body. It is truly a blessed season.
This kid has it made. Makina rests her breasts on his head, a truly bounteous blessing. Then we get to see her barbie doll anatomy that was denied earlier. There’s no need for light beams because they’re just not going to draw the vulva unless like earlier with the camel toe.
Makina explains it all.

I wasn’t actually expecting good illustrations and great service from this show and will probably still make fun of the wacky antics when more characters are introduced. However, this show came out swinging and landed a solid start. There are still more girls to introduce and lewd so hopefully we get delicious meals for the rest of the season. I’m also not going to be doing compare and contrasts with the manga.
