ScissorMeTimbers here. I got tagged as part of a tag team to review the Konosuba OVA. In 1080p! Let’s have some fun, shall we? And just in time with Season 2 airing soon next season…

Plot synopsis from AniDB:
Kazuma finds a choker at Wiz’s magic shop said to grant any one wish and decides to put it on. The problem? He’ll die in four days from strangulation if the wish isn’t granted. And Kazuma can’t remember what he wished for, so he has no idea how his party members can help. The girls therefore have no choice but to submit to his every whim if they want to save him.
Think having the girls satisfy Kazuma’s ecchi whims and you’ll have a much better idea what this OVA is about. xD

Konosuba is back with more fanservice!
It’s been a while. It’s been late. But it doesn’t matter as long as the fanservice is good!
If this OVA is anything to go by, we will be in for a treat when season 2 rolls around come January 2017 (Winter season).
You must be wondering if the girl in the OP who looks like Megumin appeared in this OVA right? Of course she did! Her name is Yunyun. In case you don’t know who she is, she is the one who turned around and provided us with a glorious view of her boobs bouncing!
Kazuma and gang pays Wiz a visit at her shop when all of a sudden wild Yunyun appears and challenges Megumin to a duel. While they were bickering, a chain of events led to Kazuma trying on a choker that apparently grants wishes. According to Wiz, the choker will strangle the wearer in 4 days if he doesn’t fulfill his wishes. Kazuma then takes advantage of the situation and commands the entire female cast to fulfill his every whim (ecchi ones of course)!
Episode 11 (OVA)
Her name is YunYun. We’ve seen her boob bounce in the OP but she have never made an appearance in the anime until now.

Funny stuff but the bath scene in episode 09 was more epic.
Whenever Kazuma sees Eris in person, it’s NOT a good thing. The girls really got him back good. LOL.

Thoughts
Not as epic as Konosuba TV episode 09. But still pretty darn good. And Konosuba OVA does what an OVA should do. Give fans the fanservice and humor that TV series would not (or could not).
Episode 09 showed more skin and had sexy dancing. But the OVA gives fans more panty shots and some really nice bra-less boob bouncing from Darkness. Too bad she still has clothes on for most of the boob bouncing…
YunYun was a nice addition to the main group. She provide some boob bounce in the OP for season 1 but never made an appearance in the anime until now. She seems to be the designated fanservice girl too. Hopefully that means that season 2 will have more fanservice (on average) than season 1 did. Let’s hope so…
Also the ecchi comedy was pretty good including the girls getting Kazuma back at the end…
No nipples though and probably never will be. Konosuba has gone mainstream on us. But since Konosuba does comedy + ecchi right and has a great group of girls (albeit hopeless girls) it’s hard to complain too much.
I’m looking forward to another season of Konosuba…
