Nisekoi returns in its 4th OVA. There’s no plot progression here; just humor, some SHAFT references, abit of fanservice and …character trolling?
The ova is split into two parts. The first half is an adpatation from the manga’s special “Newlywed chapters”, and second half is a continuation of “Magical Patissier Kosaki-chan” spin-off. I still find the spin-off to be one of the biggest surprises to come out of 2015. It was a great year for ecchi fans. Since it’s Shaft there’s no nudity but they do provide some better service here. Also, since the OVA was a DVD released with manga the video quality isn’t the best. Okay so let’s begin the review.

Transformation scene was much better than previous one.
She has a really nice butt.
It’s Shaft so no nips. No surprise there.
Beware of a certain donut-loving-loli-vampire, Kosaki-chan.
This joke never gets old.
Marika has no problem with their outfits. I don’t either.
The fact that Shu’s CV is the same as Issie(DXD) makes this perfect.
They look really sexy with all these underboob shots.
Sexy outfits isn’t enough to stop him.
And Ruri gets a transformation scene.

“Magical Exhibitionist Kosaki-chan” seems like a better title for the spin-off manga.
By far best scene. Barely any ENF scenes in anime nowadays.Lets see that again.
Shame it wasn’t a close-up shot.
A sweet surprise at the end. Haru’s own transformation scene.
Keep it up Haru. I am sure they will(not) get bigger.
Somehow Haru has the sexiest outfit.
Hope this means Haru’s nipples debut draws near. (in the spin-off, of course)

Thoughts on OVA
It’s a shame the video quality isn’t HD; I really wish they forgo DVD releases. Overall, it was a good example of what OVAs of this type of genre should focus on. Simply humor and fanservice. After having gone thru the spin-off manga and watching the two short adpatations, my desire of a true anime adpatation of Magical Kosaki-chan is thru the roof. Maybe it’s because they played the ENF(embarrassed nude female) in public card so well that’s left me craving for more. They actually teased at the end about continuing the spin-off; this isn’t good for my health. An OVA series would be personally prefered and it’d be more suited for this. With so much potential here, it would ABSOLUELY have to be done by anyone other than Shaft.
Also, on a funny note. It was hilarious how many comments on streaming sites there were about no nipples and the relpies about how the manga didn’t have any. LOL They obviously don’t know about the spin-off manga.
