Once again, this anime is short on running time but long on girl-talk humor aka crude jokes. If you want to get an idea of the kind of jokes you will find in Galko-chan, just look for the snapshots with subs for each episode.
I wasn’t expecting to do another review so soon after the excellent boob bounce episode last time, but they had to come up with an even better Galko boob bounce episode next. Episode 10
We were hoping for more skin and more panty sightings and episode 10 delivers. Not in quantity but in quality. Plus a generous serving of super sized boob bounces. All in all, a fun episode for Galko fans.

Thoughts
Once again, Galko-chan is another anime that’s not for everybody. It’s a comedy first and foremost. You either find it funny or you don’t. Also the color palette is not for everybody. It’s intentionally very garish since Galko-chan is supposed to be a kogal (Valley Girl) kind of girl. But the anime is not as garish as the manga is. Last but not least, a lot of the ecchi is verbal rather than visual. All in all, Galko-chan is a YMMV kind of show.
Nice to have my expectations exceeded once again. Even if they only went from medium-low to just above medium after back-to-back episodes of Galko boob bonces, Slowly but surely, Galko-chan seems to be addressing the different types of ecchi fanservice they were lacking in earlier episodes. Now if we could get another bath scene and a more in-depth changing room scene and closeup ass shots in the remaining episodes… ?
The creators seem to be upping the PLOT and letting Galko strut her stuff. That and other signs like service-y official art and official products, seem to increase the chances for nudity on the BDs. Odds are probably still pretty low though. But signs seem to be getting better and better for additional ecchi in future episodes and on BDs. Here’s hoping…
