Galko-chan goes out in style rather than with a big bang. Still they manage to give ecchi fans some school swimsuit service, and some very brief changing room and bath service to go along a bunny suit, some belly buttons and lots of embarrassed faces.
Too many stills though. And they dropped the eye catches. Too bad. But they may have been running out of budget…

Thoughts
Once again, Galko-chan is another anime that’s not for everybody. It’s a comedy first and foremost. You either find it funny or you don’t. Also the color palette is not for everybody. It’s intentionally very garish since Galko-chan is supposed to be a kogal (Valley Girl) kind of girl. But the anime is not as garish as the manga is. Last but not least, a lot of the ecchi is verbal rather than visual. All in all, Galko-chan is a YMMV kind of show.
Slowly but surely, Galko-chan seemed to be addressing the different types of ecchi fanservice they were lacking in earlier episodes. These last two episodes had swimsuit, underwear, bunny girl and belly button service. Galko-chan managed to touch a lot of bases for being a short anime with 1/3rd the running time of a regular anime.
Unfortunately, they did seem to be running out of budget towards the end. Although it does seem they did the best they could with the budget they had. If they spent most of the budget on Galko’s extra large, super sized and mega sized boob bounces in earlier episodes then more power to them. Epic boob bounces were THE priority! And what I will remember most about Galko-chan in the future.
Sadly, going out with warm fuzzies like the power of friendship and tamer and briefer fanservice makes me think the odds of nudity on BDs are close to zero. It just doesn’t seem to be that kind of show anymore… Hope I’m wrong.
But I’m glad we got what we got, especially the boob bounces and that crude humor that went where few anime go. Galko-chan was a short that didn’t seem short and had my dirty sense of humor laughing a number of times. It was a hoot. I would like to see a sequel and some more fun times with a fun set of girls…
