Again with the nudity!
Though the story takes a turn for the serious in episode 11, there is still a ton of service, including a very nice scene to open, exclusive to AT-X.

Something I often do in my videos is zooming or cropping when I think it will enhance things. One of the side effects is that pixels look just a little different. But usually, it’s pretty subtle. Having done this so many times, I can usually recognize when others do the same thing, and I definitely got that vibe several times in this episode.
In particular, the opening scene on A-TX had numerous scenes that seemed cropped. Not only did the shots feel unnaturally cramped and the pixel density felt just a little off, but there were a ton of shots were nipples were just barely off screen. So even though we got nudity here, I wouldn’t rule out further enhancements, similar to the enhancements Yuushibu made in episode 8. Though Yuushibu had nudity on AT-X in that episode, that didn’t stop them from making further improvements on BD.
It’s also worth noting that the water is very hard to see through- and this is something that usually improves on blu-ray.
Later on, we get a brief shower scene where long hair blocks all the good parts. Not sure if C-Station is into redraws much, but this scene has potential if they are willing to do them.
At the end, we get a ton of Eco barbie doll style nudity. Though the serious tone of the scene would make nudity awkward and perhaps unwelcome, the fact is that these kinds of scenes almost always drew nipples for Eco in the manga. Should be interesting to see what C-Station does, personally my expectation is that we will get nipples in most if not all of her scenes.
The way the series seems to be rushing to a climax out of the blue is very reminiscent of Zero no Tsukaima or Slayers which tried to make the last episode of each of their first two respective seasons feel like series endings.
Unless this show bombs I think we’ll probably see a second season down the road. By ecchi standards Seikoku no Dragonar has an above average brand and we’ve seen ecchi sequels to lesser shows. But ultimately, it will depend on sales.
