Dragoon was released as a three episode OVA in 1997. Back in the 80s and 90s TV series nudity was relatively rare, so to compensate anime companies would go the extra mile on their straight to video efforts.
This is one of the fist videos I made (I made it about a year ago). It’s upscaled slightly, and really only focuses on the nude sections of this short series. I’m not exactly sure why, but there seemed to be a lot of fantasy genre anime in the late 90s and many of them showed boobs. None of them showed off more than Dragoon did.
