Episode seven was pretty forgettable and lacked any potential for nudity, though it did have a nice little scene where all the girls walk around in skimpy swimsuits, using “the heat” as their excuse.

Neko all but confesses for Ryouta, a reminder that the show is in fact running out of episodes pretty soon.
Late in the episode, Kazumi swings by Ryouta’s place unannounced, before stripping off all her clothes and propositioning sex, which is of course refused. Instead, she stays the night and spoons away while sharing Ryouta’s bed.
There is some potential for nudity in this scene, as Kazumi is butt-naked for a lengthy period of time. One of the shots cuts just above her chest, which might indicate screen-cropping. At one point, Ryouta throws an over-aggressive Kazumi to the floor, revealing her (blank) breasts for a few frames.
In the very next scene, Kazumi rips open Hana’s blouse to reveal her cleavage. I guess even being paralyzed does not exclude a girl from being service material in this anime.
The episode ends with a new magician being revealed. There aren’t many episodes left, but it feels like a good bet that she could be the next defector to join the group. We barely see her character before the anime provides a blatant chest-shot and near-panty shot. I love ARMS. They just can’t help themselves.
As far as the anime goes, it continues to be solid in storytelling, and maybe just a touch below that in execution. To this point Gokukoku no Brynhildr has been a slightly above average anime, though it probably would have been a lot better with a top anime company doing the honors. But hey, we are almost certainly going to get nudity from this anime thanks to ARMS and their old habits, so no complaints here.
Kazumi seems to be the designated third wheel character, kind of like Kallen in Code Geass or Shampoo in Ramna 1/2. Yeah, she’s hot and she wants it, but it’s never gonna happen because otaku would rage. Which is a shame, because for as lacking in “measurements” as Kazumi may be, I think she more than makes up for it with her personality.
