This is seinen genre of course, and not only that, it’s the kind of seinen genre stuff that’s a little extra weird, mixing violence and sex sometimes in the same scenes. Akapoli is a legit manga, though it earns its adult-action category distinction.
The first volume seems to only show service from ugly girls making retching O-faces. Thankfully the second volume gives readers what they actually want (the hot secret police characters getting naked). There’s even some yuri scenes, I guess because the mangaka figured ‘why not?’
