Rie Kugimiya is no stranger to ecchi, (really just about all the top seiyuu have worked in the gutter plenty), but this was her only time in a nude ecchi series where she played her patented tsundere leading role. Aya Hirano also co-stars during a time period when both of these actresses were in the prime of their careers.
This anime is based on the eroge of the same name created by Feng.

Thoughts on the anime
This show is only worth watching for two reasons:
#1: Boobs.
#2: You are a diehard seiyuu fanboy / fangirl.
To be fair, I did like that this show attempted to inject some emotion into the story. I liked the zany secret agent parents. I liked that this show was more ambitious than your typical eroge adaptation. I liked that they had the balls to give us the “Oreimo ending” several years before Oreimo made headlines for doing the exact same thing.
But even as a huge fan of Rie Kugimiya, I have to admit she was trying way too hard in this one, and ended up being more irritating than compelling. Aya Hirano does a good job, but she’s hardly recognizable here. The same goes with the rest of an awesome cast. In the end, it wasn’t quite what it could have been.
The story is a dime a dozen harem plot. Boy gets girl, boy loses girl, boy decides to go steady with his sister instead. You know the drill by now.

Thoughts on the fanservice video
The ED sequence was pretty worthless, so I thought it might be fun to edit in some game screens from the eroge source material. Given the X-rated nature of the shots, I had to censor them down a bit to get it within nyaa’s guideline level: basically the same objectionable content range as Yosuga no Sora or Rescue Me, which went as far as depicting semen.
If you want to see the uncensored version*, I included it above in the direct download section. If you want the censored version, you will have to get it by torrent.
Overall, this was pretty much a dead average video, comparable to FC videos such as OniAi and Nakaimo. Maybe a touch better, since those videos weren’t nudity sorted and didn’t have the nice video loop moments this series had.
My source was 720p, but it’s very likely a DVD source upscale. Still solid quality, but definitely not the high-res blu-ray HD I normally work with.
*The “uncensored” version still has mosaic censorship from the source, so it’s not “true” uncensored material.

Favorite Character
Tsukasa is very pretty, but Minato has her beat. I almost wasn’t offended when Jun’ichi picks her at the end. Though it is somewhat implied in the anime that Jun’ichi and Minato may possibly not be blood related brother and sister, Feng’s eroge is very clear in stating that they are.

Off topic: Freezing Vibration’s first volume BD special is out. It seems recently that BD fanservice specials are lowering the production values while compensating with increased eroticism.
There isn’t much pretense anymore. It’s impossible to watch this FREEZING special, or the Vanquished Queens specials, or the Sekatsuyo special, and defend it as anything other than being obviously intended for fapping. More than just showing nudity, more than just being kinky… it’s the directorial structure that is a dead give away of their intentions. No brief nudity. Lots of long looks. Lots of close ups. Lots of repetition. While specials from years past showed the goods, these newer ones are actually built for fapping convenience. You’ll notice I’m not exactly complaining about this development.
