Two new fighters approach to join the party: Valkyrie and Hunter.
A quick side note: nylon66 posted an image review of the Mujaki no Rakuen OVA reboot earlier today. Sadly, the new OVA commits the same cardinal sin of the first by totally lacking nipples.
Given that many other girls of even younger ages have been shown nude in anime previously, and considering what you can find in plenty of hentai and manga, this decision is disappointing and really defeats the entire spirit of what the manga was supposed to be about. I also makes you wonder why they even bothered to do a reboot if they weren’t going to change anything.

Valkyrie (voiced by Shizuka Itou) is skilled but snobby, while Hunter is the country bumpkin who makes disgusting (but tasty) foods.
Eventually the two battle each other for the right to join the group.
And of course, this battle ends up just being a huge grope fest.
The two come out of it with an infatuated level of mutual respect, and decided to make a party of their own.
A fun episode (the reference to horses and wagons was a nice touch for Dragon Quest nerds), but no chance for nudity yet again. It’s looking like this series is likely to be another Momo Kyun Sword . Pointless, but charming. A pleasant way to waste four minutes every week.
