Blade and Soul is based on a Korean MMO of the same name. Game adaptations have tended to shy away from nudity in past, which is what made the service here a pleasant surprise.
There weren’t a ton of BD changes in this series. Most of the fanservice had previously been documented each week as the TV episodes aired. This post is focusing on the BD changes everyone is interested in knowing about- the ones that revealed or added nipples.
There were only three such scenes: Aruka’s outdoor bathing in episode one, Varel’s resurrection scene at the end of episode ten (the continuation of that scene early in episode eleven remained unchanged), and Roana’s wardrobe malfunction in the fanservice oriented final episode.

Roana has some weird nipples. They look like peach colored porcelain saucers. Her areola are massive, but a nipple bump is never shown.

Obviously, there wasn’t enough material here for a fanservice video. But who knows, maybe these R-rated scenes will make it into a multi-series composite some day.
