I liked this series (it got me to crack up a few times), and I liked the video that came from it. I always hate it when you see an anime adaptation of an X-rated H-game that doesn’t even show nipples on BD. Majikoi was not one such series, so credit to them for not screwing up the most important detail.

Hiraku Kaneko once again shows his great love for lactation.
Though Bow Ditama has done some hentai work, and made a name for himself with Mahoromatic, he is currently most famous for his non-nude erotic works such as Kiss X Sis. The Juuden-chan manga was basically nipple free as well, but when Studio Hibari got the green light to add nipples in their anime adaptation, they sure as hell didn’t waste the opportunity.
This was the 4th season of Ikkitousen, the first and only so far to be animated by TNK.
This was the 3rd season of Ikkitousen and the second of two animated by ARMS. I initially remembered this series not having specials, but upon double checking it in fact did. The reason season three’s fanservice compilation ends up shorter than seasons two and four is because the Great Guardians specials emphasized kinkiness over nudity volume.
Released in 2007, Dragon Destiny was- as far as I’m aware- the first anime to have nude fanservice specials on DVD. Usually whenever you see any “first” in anime, it’s not all that impressive, but in this case we are treated to fanservice specials that are as good or better than most fanservice specials even in recent seasons.
The first season of Ikkitousen (animated by JC Staff!) was a groundbreaking series. It mixed nudity and battles, at the same time. It was the first non-OVA anime to do this. This particular blend of “combat nudity” would influence ecchi anime for years to come.
GoHands is an amazing company. This, THIS, came bundled with a manga!? Two years later and the aforementioned fourth manga volume still hasn’t been scanned, probably because everyone that bought it was too busy fapping to this incredible OVA to do anything else.
Though this anime has a distinct “Slayers” feel and was marketed as such in North America, the wonderful truth is that it is all window dressing for this pure fap-fest of a fanservice series. When hot babes have to take their clothes off to fight the bad guys, you know you’ve found a winner.
