Not too many nipple sightings in these 4 episodes. But those we do get are pretty nice.
Episode 05:
Kikuru reflects on the training session he just held with Hanabata and Hitamu. He commends Hanabata’s strength, but criticizes her for using her Berserk skill too readily.
Speaking of Berserk, Hanabata enters a state very much similar to it after drinking some mana. This leads to some yuri hijinks, if that’s your thing.
Kikuru calls up Tokishikko to learn more about Hanabata. This allows some nice visuals emphasizing Tokishikko’s ass and cleavage.
In her delirium, Hanabata violates Hitamu, though not to the extent of the various monsters have.
Kikuru is told to fake an injury to ease the impact of Hanabata’s insanity. This works but he still receives some unwanted physical affected from her.
Kikuru must endure Hanabata’s affection or risk more intense physicality.
Kikuru observes the girls battle by themselves, but they all end up incapacitated. This is a fairly quick scene, so I think it was to meet the mandated monster molestation quota for the episode.
Moving on to a more palatable scene, Hitamu is complimented on her cooking skills, and Tokishikko bluntly asks Kikuru if he’d prefer to date a girl that can cook well. This inspires each girl here not named Hitamu to try to cook up a good meal despite none of them having ever cooked a single meal.
We get a Food Wars esque scene with exploding clothes. This time, it’s because the food was so terrible the mana exploded from their bodies.
A very welcome sight. I’d begun to worry that Meidena here would get the Mikan treatment – that is, no nipples in the anime.
All in all, a standard episode, though a special one given that it is the first Meidena nipple sighting of the series.
Episode 06:
Hitamu has developed a new self-healing skill that she calls “Chakra.”
Hitamu, Meidena, and Kikuru go on a quest together, while Tokishikko and Hanabata train their stamina. The quest involved removing a plant from the area which can silence magicians if struck with a big impact.
Meidena desperately tries to get the attention of Hitamu, but she mistakenly believes Meidena is just waving hello, unaware that she is being restrained by some kind of bird monster.
Kikuru saves the day again, and Hitamu apologizes for not realizing Meidena needed help earlier. More importantly, we’re about to get a good look at Hitamu, and for once it’s not instigated by a monster.
Hitamu surmises that her healing ability will work on Meidena if she uses it and they share direct skin-to-skin contact.
Enome collapses because she’s worked for long hours lately. This leads to an extended scene between her and Kikuru.
Enome’s sweat has caused her shirt to become see through. To help, Kikuru begins wiping her down.
Kikuru and Enome share some small talk. Enome in particular explains why so many new people have joined the guild, and is happy that things have become more vibrant with them around.
Enome falls over on top of Kikuru, who realizes that she isn’t wearing panties and pops a stiffy. The typical profuse apologies ensue as the episode ends.
Episode 07:
A large spider has been spotted in the forest and it’s too dangerous to not hunt down.
The above disasters don’t actually happen, but Kikuru is imagining they are. Given the strength of the monster they are about to face, his fears have merit.
These disasters do happen, however. Hitamu and Meidena can’t avoid a basic trap, which causes Hanabata to revert to her own methods to free them.
If you’re wondering why Kikuru took Tokishikko with him, it’s because her magic stands the best chance of defeating the spider. The alone time between the two will lead to some of the most intense 1 on 1 fanservice we’ve seen yet. This is because Kikuru was just poisoned by the spider, but with no healer available to fully cure the poison, drastic measures must be taken by Tokishikko to cure Kikuru.
Like mother, like daughter I suppose. This is also the first “panty shot” we’ve got of Eshone so far.
With one of the most absurd excuses I’ve seen to show some fanservice, Tokishikko begins her cure. Like always, be thankful this involved her removing her own clothes. To this point, Tokishikko has definitely been the most active in making moves on Kikuru – next episode will up the ante even more.
This is the survivor the group of three were sent to find. I will not be showing any service related screencaps or webm’s of this character unless absolutely necessary. The reason for this will become clear later on. Also, Meidena’s and Hitamu’s clothes are tattered here because of the burning Hanabata did earlier to free them from the spider webs.
Kikuru and Tokishikko come across a shelter in the middle of the forest. Kikuru devises a plan to defeat the spider using the shelter which we will see in the next episode.
Episode 08:
A good part of the first half of this episode involves Kikuru and Tokishikko fighting the spider, which they eventually manage to kill. I did not include any of the fighting because it’s not service related, and also the amount of caps and webms was already quite high. More important is that during the fight, Tokishikko accidentally burns her clothes off, allowing us to see the aftermath.
Tokishikko is probably feeling emotional after the experience she just had. So emotional, that some of her true feelings are put on display here. Her attraction to Kikuru is demonstrated here more clearly than any time previously, and more than any of the other girls have.
Hitamu stops by Kikuru’s house as he is recovering in an attempt to thank him for his hard work.
Some of the shopkeepers in the market Hitamu frequents are obviously perving on Hitamu, but she’s too innocent to understand their innuendo. Kikuru, helpful as always, doesn’t tell them to back off at all and appears to be okay with just allowing this to happen.
I’m not sure who this is supposed to appeal to. The worst part about the above is that Kikuru is watching it all happen – watching a close friend of his get molested and arguably water tortured is apparently not enough for him to intervene.
At the very least, the episode ends with a shot of Hitamu’s butt, though we have seen better of it previously.
The series so far doesn’t seem to leading towards any obvious stopping point for the first season. There have only been hints of some greater plot that may have only been mentioned in passing. This means that anything could happen between now and the end of episode 12. The events of the next 4 episodes are unknown to me, but what I do know is that it will probably involve monsters violating most if not all of the girls at least a few more times.
