Plot summary
A helpful guy, Kiryuu Keiki, one day finds a confession letter addressed to himself, with no sender name but a pair of white panties. So the good Kiryuu starts looking around to find the panties-leaving-Cinderella and discovers that every candidate is a total pervert. Good for him.

Overall thoughts: A fanservice-packed episode that probably was the peak of this anime on the matter. Sadly, as far as fanservice goes, it was a somewhat tame episode. Also, the character art may seem a bit fuzzy, but chance are it was a conscious choice rather than an happenstance.
