Plenty of censorship again, though it’s not the fun kind.

ARMS has always had a bit of an affinity for dark themes in their ecchi anime, and it seems Isuca is no different. We get a scene where three scantily clad girls are eaten alive by rats. Thankfully this was just an illusion, but it was still a bit off putting.
No frontal censorship this time, instead we get a lot of panty and butt shot censorship. Kinda funny, since we see girls in their panties without censorship several times in this episode. As dumb as it is, I don’t mind it though… kind of makes the show feel pervier.
The manga doesn’t really kick into full on service mode until Suseri shows up, and she shows up at the end of this episode. Wouldn’t be surprised if we see a dramatic boost in the service department in the next episode or two.
This anime isn’t quite as good as the manga, but I like it so far. Feels kinda like a bit of a throwback anime, and for a heavy fanservice showcase the story has felt like that of a normal anime.
