They actually attempted to tell a story in this episode, one of tragic love. Of course, it all ends horribly, with the narrator telling Kyoko her chest isn’t meant for harboring affections, instead only existing to be fondled. That’s nice.

Then you have the random scene where the girls go bowling. One of them ends up upside down after slipping. Rather than asking if she’s okay, the rest of the girls remark just how nice her ass is and how good it would be for some future pilot to make use of it. That’s nice.
In between there were a bunch of girls getting naked and robots blowing each other up. And that’s pretty much all there is to this episode, though I have to admit that TNK’s DxD crew is doing a great job polishing a turd. You almost feel some emotion in Kyoko’s lovey-dovey scenes. And though I’m not proud of it, there are some cheap laughs here and there.
Oddly enough the production values seem to be rising with each episode so far, it’s actually not looking like such a low budget anime anymore. Though I have to say I can’t remember the last time I cared less about a nude ecchi series. This show is kind of fun, but it completely lacks excitement.
Not that I’m complaining. This show may be a bit off, but then again, boobs. Boobs.
