Thoughts on the anime
How much you enjoyed this anime really depends on how big of a mecha anime nerd you are to appreciate the references- or- how much you enjoy very silly humor. I’m not especially into either of those things, but overall I’m still very happy that this anime happened.
This was created by essentially the same exact staff as High School DxD , and a lot of the strengths of that series were evident in Kenzen Robo Daimidaler .
One of my favorite things about DxD was how all the (good guy) characters seemed like such nice, down to earth people. Rias in particular has every reason to be a snotty princess, but is instead the least judgmental person you could imagine. This affection and humble temperament translates to pretty much every character and makes it easier to enjoy their screen time, no matter how stupid it is.
Kenzen Robo Daimidaler has the same kind of thing going for it, with the exception of the MC (Kouichi Madanbashi) who is of course a total lecherous creep. If I were watching this anime for the plot and not the plot, his character would probably derail things. But as someone who is watching almost completely for the pervy fun aspect, I loved his inclusion. Nice guys are only capable of being perverted to a certain point.
I didn’t care much for the story, but as said before, most of the characters feel down to earth and are easy to like. In particular, the show does a very good job of getting us to care about Ritz’s background and story. Not because she’s some kind of tragic figure necessarily, but because we just really like her character and all the goofy penguin men who fawn over her.
I can’t really recommend this anime based on my personal tastes, but it’s probably worth trying a few episodes, as some people liked it quite a bit due to the references and style of comedy.

Thoughts on the fanservice video
Not as long as I thought it would be, especially after I added a bajillion repeats. Something about TNK’s ecchi anime demands repeating. Whether it’s sideways camera angles or bouncy goodness that needs to stay on the screen a lot longer.
I think this anime made for a pretty good video. One of the better ones.

Favorite Character
Rikantz “Ritz” Seaberry.
Easy pick here. First off, she’s the perviest female character in the show, and that right there would make her the front runner. But more importantly, her backstory actually has some substance and her interactions with the Penguins feels oddly genuine.
Ritz and her penguin companions almost feel like family. It feels authentic. Which I guess is a bit odd considering how eager she is at any moment to drop and give every single one them a handjob for the ages.
