Cecilbk had previously worked on the Tennen Kakutou Shoujo Chihiro-chan manga translation. You can find his site here and his Patreon page here. He’s done a lot of ecchi work by commission and you can see what he’s offering on his Patreon. He does a good job and I personally think his taste in projects is pretty good.
