Military! fanservice review episodes 01-08

Hello readers, this is new contributor Axist, here to bring you the sleeper ecchi series of the season, Military! As such, this post will cover the first eight episodes.

Military! is a short airing this season by studio Creators in Pack TOKYO. Shorts have been rather common for the last few seasons, though this is the first that prominently features ecchi. As such, none was expecting any great level of fanservice from this series, just light hearted comedy.

Being a short, there is obviously not much plot to speak of. With what little there is, is highly contrived to introduce the military girls to the generic hapless main character, Yano Souhei. Essentially, the MC’s father, a normal salary-man, gets caught up in a foreign war and sends 1st Lt. Rutgalnikov and 2nd Lt. Haruka to protect him.

But enough about the pointless plot meant to introduce the characters, we’re all here for the fan service. You’ve got all your standard ecchi components here. Torn clothes, panty shots, beach episode, light BDSM, and a wimpy MC who freaks out at the sight of a nude female. And let’s not forget the busty blonde whose sole existence is meant to service the fans.

That’s it for the first eight episodes. Each episode has brought more ecchi than the last, especially episode 7, the beach episode. Lets hope they keep up the pace.
