This is the second blu-ray volume of the wrestling ecchi anime Sekai de Ichiban Tsuyoku Naritai! alternatively known as Sekatsuyo, edited down for added emphasis on fanservice and nudity, available via torrent as well as direct download.

Fifteen minutes and forty two seconds. Take out the OP and ED and that still leaves almost thirteen minutes of fanservice from just one volume. The previous volume was similarly lengthy as well.
At the rate Sekatsuyo is going, it will end up being almost an hour and a half in length by it’s completion. Most of it will be soft-service, but that much fanservice quantity is still pretty impressive. This series is on pace for a final nudity tally spanning over 20 minutes in length, though almost all of it comes from the specials.
This could have actually been a pretty good fanservice TV series, but I struggle to get over the wailing. Had they taken themselves a little less seriously and tried to make the moaning during those submission scenes even a little sexy instead of painful sounding, oh what a difference that would have made.
It sucks seeing Eri Kitamura, arguably the sexiest voice in the business, sitting on the bench and getting zero meaningful screen time. I don’t think I would have minded all those cries of pain one little bit if it was Kitamura doing it. She can make anything sound sexy.
We see a surprise debut for Jackal Tojo in the second fanservice special, which was pretty cool. I’m really lovin’ these specials so far. Despite a shoestring budget they are still quite effective.
This series kind of reminds me of Amaenaideyo!! in terms of its fanservice structure. The Amaenaideyo!! TV episodes were a brutal tease, but the OVA that followed each of those seasons was pure release. That’s kind of how these specials feel. The Sekatsuyo TV episodes are dominated by soft service, and even the nudity is very tame, but the specials are anything but. These specials have been downright kinky. The swing from tease to gratification is what makes ecchi so effective in a way that hentai will almost never emulate.
Fun fact: Rio Kazama, the tough girl wrestler who beats and humiliates Sakura by cutting her hair in the opening episode* has the same voice actress as Lala from To Love-Ru. Talk about having some diversity in your repertoire.
*(If that character description doesn’t ring a bell, Rio’s the one who kicks off the nudity in the first BD special when her top is gloriously yanked down by a happy accident.)
