Given the track record of both ARMS and the series director, nudity seemed pretty likely from this series from the get go. The first bathing scene, though not quite definitive, just about synched it for me.
A second bathing scene from the fourth episode makes nudity on BD feel even more certain than before. No defensive posturing. No long hair falling over the areas of interest. Water that seems just murky enough. Steam that is opaque even when filtered. They are hiding something, it would seem.
