Maki, Reimi and Yuka investigate a white slavery ring. When Yuka gets captured during a stakeout, Maki and Reimi mount set out to rescue their partner.

Burn Up! Directed by Ide Yasunori and Released back in 1991. The first entry in the Burn Up! franchise is a single OVA 45 Minutes in length. The Next entry in this franchise Burn Up W came in 1996. Many of the characters in Burn Up! also appear in Warrior and Excess but have different names. This particular show isn’t that heavy on the fanservice side compared to Excess and Warrior. However it does set the groundwork for the following entries. Warrior and Excess are some of the best fanservice shows from the 90’s.
Criminals are kidnapping young women and selling them on the market as sex slaves to rich buyers. Maki, Reimi, and Yuka are three traffic cops who decide to go undercover at the dance club, But things go bad and Yuka ends up getting kidnapped herself! So Maki and Reimi put their careers as well as their lives on the line, “borrow” body armour suits, weapons, and an armoured truck and go off on a personal mission to rescue Yuka and take down the slave ring.
