Deviant’s Apartment Complex follows an interim apartment manager dealing with the erotically dangerous housewives who live there, alongside a mysteriously powerful briefcase dropped outside each of their doors.
Our first subject is a touchy-feely ex-wife scolding a deep-voiced kid for crossing the street illegally. But all’s forgiven when he apologizes, because she cares for the children that much.

Later that night, Yoshida is tasked to patrol the grounds at night, where he shockingly discovers the same lady having sexy time with the same deep-voiced kid from earlier. Just one of the abnormal things his sickly father, the former manager, warned him about previously. Now Yoshida must try to be a hero.

And that’s the plot. A horny wife does something horny, and the mystery briefcase appears to grant clothing that enhances her horniness to do hornier things to their victims until they are defeated somehow, and Yoshida will be just the target most of that time.
