Thoughts on the anime
Based on the borderline hentai manga of the same name, this was a special one shot OVA that came bundled with one of the Kagaku na Yatsura manga volumes. There was a bit of a mini-surge in these kinds of videos between the summer of 2012 to the following summer of 2013. Like the others, Kagaku na Yatsura is very low budget, but where it stands out from the rest is it’s surprisingly solid seiyuu cast, including a once rising star in Junji Majima (Ryuuji from Toradora) in the lead role.
As crazy as it sounds, this fap festival of an OVA is actually quite a bit tamer than the manga is. And truthfully, I don’t mind, because the OVA is weird enough as it is.
Of all the aforementioned manga-bundled OVAs that came out during that year long period (Rescue Me!, Nozoki Ana, Asa Made Jugyou Chu, Angelic White Magical Girls, etc), Kagaku na Yatsura provided the highest nudity volume. Nearly 40% of all screen time involved nudity. And with this video, it’s now 100%.
I didn’t know this until today, but apparently this OVA was directed by Hiraku Kaneko, the famous director of Manyuu Hikenchou, Seikon no Qwaser, and Maken-ki Two (as well as being the character designer for Queen’s Blade). I should have probably figured that out sooner, given the exaggerated oppai style in this anime which matches Kaneko’s legendary track record.

Thoughts on the fanservice video
I actually didn’t like this one as much as I thought I would, although the last scene- the one that ends with the screenshot above- I thought that scene was pretty nice in highlight reel form.

Favorite Character
Touko. Airi made it a close call at the end, with her having her nipples sucked on and all that. But Touko is just too hot. I could certainly go for a sequel that is nothing but Touko.
