[W]earing a bathing suit in the bath sounds even kinkier. — Sarasa in Liar Liar episode 07
A Liar Liar bath scene happened in episode 07. With bikinis sadly. Kinky. And all too brief at that. But just enough of a special event to merit a special edition review. That and waifus too. A pleasant surprise? A shame there wasn’t more.
I don’t know enough about the franchise to know if a swimsuit episode was to be expected or not. So I don’t know if fans should expect more episodes like this. But I am still watching Liar Liar as it airs even though I wasn’t expecting too.

Overall, the girls’ looked good in their bikinis although they shouldn’t be wearing swimsuits in the bath. And the bath scene could have and should have been longer. So things were on the tame side but there were still some fanservice-worthy moments. Like an ass scene which is all too often skipped or censored in recent anime. And an up-close bouncing oppai scene. Nice…
Unfortunately, there were too many back-to-back static panning scenes of both girls. The only animated scenes in the bath scene were an oppai scene for each girl but it would have been MUCH better to animate ALL the scenes of both girls. Especially since it might the only and only bath scene for the season. That was a missed opportunity…
But for the most part — for such a low budget — the visuals looked good. Including the girls which is the most important part. And it was good to see the cleavage under those bulging school uniforms…
