One Adam, 4 Billion Eves.
This is the new AnimeFesta R18 airing of the season, titled “Modaete yo, Adam-kun” or “Adam’s Sweet Agony”. For the purposes of my reviews, I will refer to this show as Adam’s Sweet Agony.
It follows a similar format to a previous show that aired, Harem Camp, where episode 1 introduces us to the characters that will later have sexy times with the main male character. And each episode is about 5 minutes (leaving out the ending song that plays).
This is the story of a boy who became the lone Adam among four billion Eves. In a world where a pandemic has rendered all men impotent, high school student Itsuki is the sole exception. In order to protect this secret, he transfers to a very special high school, which turns out to be composed 90% of girls!
There, he encounters an upbeat and friendly senior, a sexually frustrated female teacher, a tomboyish school “prince,” and an heiress from a wealthy family. For Itsuki, who has his pick of any woman in the world, the question remains: which one will he choose?
So this is kind of similar in concept to World’s End Harem in the “men got fucked over” aspect, and there are a select few exceptions. In this case, it’s apparently about being able to get an erection and ejaculate semen.
The main male character’s name is Itsuki. He also looks very similar to Itsuki from Imouto sae Ireba.

Main Review
We encounter the female characters we’ll see throughout this series in the first episode. Namely, episode 1 focuses on Akari (glasses girl). Akari initially comes off as shy, but then becomes super horny after she sees Itsuki is able to get an erection.
The episode starts with Itsuki waking up with morning wood. Also a subtle detail: notice the trash bin next to his bed with the tissues. Yeah, we know what happened.
As a side note: the turtle is just a representation of the erection happening but will probably end up appearing again in future episodes.
Going to the academy!
There she is: glasses girl (Akari).
Itsuki getting an erection… again.
Turns out this academy is predominantly filled with women. It didn’t take long before an “accident” happened.
And this picture here, is all four women who will have sexy times with Itsuki. Just like what Harem Camp did with its first episode.

Akari Scenes
After waving her skirt up and down, she notices Itsuki starts getting an erection. Her behavior instantly changes.
Akari proceeds to tell Itsuki that the women are very perverted (herself included), and that she learned Itsuki is the only man who can have sex. We also learn about “4 billion eves and one Adam” — so that’s where the title comes from. This guy is the Adam of this world.
Can’t pass up this opportunity!
Akari leads Itsuki on to having sex with her.
Istuki proceeds to suck and play with Akari’s nipples.
C A M E
The episode ends with Akari putting on her glasses again and telling Itsuki that his erection capability needs to be kept a secret for his safety. But she also wants to be the one to satisfy his sexual desires as a favor.

Episode Conclusion
I actually liked how this one started out. Akari was a good sport and went from shy to wild real fast when she discovered Itsuki’s “secret” (naw fam just say he doesn’t have erectile dysfunction!)
And, amazingly enough, the main male character didn’t get physically abused from the skirt incident at the start of the episode. Instantly makes this better than the shows where the girl tries killing the guy over some slight nudity.
