An all time classic ecchi series that really has no peer for it’s combination of pantsu, ass-shots and nudity. It is also one of the longest videos I’ve ever compiled.

Thoughts on the anime
The Agent Aika franchise is the all time standard for panty shots and ass shots in anime. It also has a decent amount of nipple sightings, as did the more recent follow up prequels Aika R-16 and Aika Zero. Usually when a show goes ridiculously overboard with ass shots and pantsu, it is a way to compensate for not having nudity. So it’s a bit unique (and refreshing) that this series gave us so many pantsu shots while still remembering to sprinkle in some titties from time to time to avoid mass blue-balling.
And unlike so many other comparable ecchi series that are clearly meant to be fapped to with no other plausible reason for watching, the original Agent Aika (1997) series actually works very well as an action comedy. Though the nudity and fanservice might be too much for casual fans, the series is still very high quality and is the epitome of 90’s anime charm.
Fittingly, Agent Aika was produced by the same company (Studio Fantasia) that would later create Najica Blitz Tactics (the latter is basically a carbon copy of Agent Aika, except it is almost completely nipple free). Studio Fantasia’s resume is loaded with fanservice works that range from anime with lone nipple sightings all the way to outright hentai.
Over the last 25 years or so Studio Fantasia has generally focused on animation assistant work including some work on notable ecchi franchises (Ikkitousen, High School DxD, etc) and brief stand alone OVAs. Their most recent OVA of note is Nozoki Ana.
Because the two Agent Aika sequels were made relatively recently, they feature a few seiyuu who would later be well known in several other noteworthy ecchi series and mainstream anime.

Thoughts on the fanservice video
This video shatters the record for non-nude service, but sadly, it only contains about 10 minutes of nudity.
This video features chapters for quick access to the nude and non-nude sections of each OVA series.
Most of the video is from low-resolution DVD source, and the 480p size is actually a minor upscale for some of the material. Aika Zero was based on a very nice 1080p BD rip, but was downscaled considerably to fit in with the rest of the material. A separate 1080p version created just for the Aika Zero section is available here.

Favorite Character
Risako Nagisa (the voluptuous villain from R-16). Her swimsuit being removed was the series highlight for me.
As far as the major characters, I thought Rion was pretty cute and didn’t lack for entertainment value.
