Anime girl villainesses need love too…
Watashi no Oshi wa Akuyaku Reijou. aka I`m in Love with the Villainess had a not-too-short bath scene and an underwear scene happen in episode 02 . (Wataoshi is used in the official URLs and we’ll go with that as the official short name for this review.) Enough of a special event to merit a special edition review. That and some yuri fanservice too. Plus the anime girls are really cute…
I don’t know enough about the franchise to know if more bath scenes (or bikini scenes) are to be expected or not. Although more yuri scenes seems to be a given. So I don’t know if fans should expect more episodes like this one. But I am still watching Wataoshi as it airs…

Overall, Wataoshi episode 02 had a decently long bath scene and an underwear scene and some humorous moments for fans of yuri and comedy. Mostly verbal and not physical though. Do check out the snapshots above. But more and farther would have been much better… Unfortunately, the bath scenes were heavily censored and likely to stay that way on BDs since Wataoshi seems to be more about comedy and yuri than fanservice… Even normalizing the frames didn’t filter out much of the steam…
Also making 50+ stitches in the original round of creating media was way too much. A more reasonable amount would be one-half or one-third of that. Wataoshi episode 02 had way too many panning scenes. Which is usually a sign of a very low budget but the artwork actually looks pretty good even in panning scenes. With so many panning scenes, I’m not likely to make media for future episodes since making stitches can be time consuming.
I was able to make some nice stitches and WebMs from Wataoshi episode 02 including some from the OP & ED where I was able to get the credits out of the stitch….. Do check them out above.
There was some nice animation too and for the most part, the visuals looked good. Including the girls which is the most important part. Eye candy is good for the eyes and all…
Fortunately, it’s not hard to root for this yuri couple and there does seem to be some character growth so far…
With gfycat shutting down at the end of August 2023, we’re having to host videos on the fapservice server until an alternative hosting service that will accept NSFW videos without significantly degrading video quality is found.
